    Action: changed name from "Regulus calendula" to "Vermivora celata "

    Reviewer's comments:
         "This is not a kinglet, but rather an Orange-crowned Warbler (Vermivora celata), of the celata subspecies. Note sharp, pointed warbler beak, and split eye-ring. Dull/pale plumage suggests a first fall bird."
