Action: changed name from "Allobates femoralis" to "Epipedobates trivittatus "

Reviewer's comments:

"Pictured animals is not A. femoralis (which is brown though they have similar looking build) but rather a peruvian green backed form of E. trivittatus, which may be found in similar habitat."
