    Action: changed name from "Erigeron barbellulatus" to "Townsendia leptotes "

    Reviewer's comments:
         "The graduated phyllaries and large stemless heads embedded in the basal leaves are typical for this genus and species. This photograph may have been taken in the White Mountains of Mono County (the only place in California where this species is known) rather than on White Mountain of Tulare County.
