  • notes   Top half (only) of receptacle has a whitish, chaffy bract subtending each floret in Anthemis cotula. Anthemis arvensis receptacle is completely chaffed. Matricaria spp. receptacles (including the look-alike true chamomille) are chaff-free. Only M. chamomilla makes a good tea, reportedly.
