Action: changed name from "Lycium cooperi" to "Lycium shockleyi "

    Reviewer's comments:
"Lycium shockleyi is a small shrub less than 2 feet high, it has 4 lobes on the petals and sepels and the leaves are fleshy more so than Lycium cooperi which is a much taller plant growing up to 6 feet tall with 5 lobes on the petals and sepels. See Intermountain Flora pages 54 & 57 of volume 4."
