    Action: changed name from "Collinsia heterophylla" to "Collinsia bartsiifolia "

         "(1)uniformly pale corolla without bars or spots on crowded whorls, (2) can't judge size, but locality suggests var. davidsonii"

    Reviewer's comments:
         "Closer examination suggests that this is the near albino-form of C. heterophylla, and is often confused with C. bartsiifolia. The filament spur is always present in C. heterophylla."
