    Action: changed name from "Lupinus shockleyi" to "Lupinus arizonicus "

    Reviewer's comments:
         "Judging from the habit, inflorescence, form and color of flower and leaf, location, and my personal knowledge of Anza Borrego flora, this plant is L. arizonicus, not l. shockleyi."
