    Action: changed name from "Thamnophis elegans" to "Thamnophis couchii "

    Reviewer's comments:
         "This individual along with image (ID: 0000 0000 0505 0625) is Thamnophis couchii (Sierra Garter Snake). T. elegans has a distinctive dorsal stripe in the Sierra Nevada about Placer Co."
