plant community Near trail, on compacted soil in grassy area.notes I'd seen the common salmon colored form of Anagallis arvensis many, many times before I ever happened upon the beautiful blue variety. But today I ran into a purple form for the first time. Had to photograph it!camera Shot at f4.5, 1/1600 on a Canon D60 w/ Canon 50mm Compact macro lens.
