    Action: changed name from "Balearica pavonina" to "Balearica regulorum "

    Reviewer's comments:
         "Balearica pavonina (Black Crowned Crane) has a red lower half of the cheekpatch and blackish neck plumage. B. pavonina also lacks the big red throat wattle."
