Action: changed name from "Aquila chrysaetos" to "Haliaeetus leucocephalus "

    Reviewer's comments:
"Up close, Balds have this tall, slightly rounded schnozz, er, bill. As juveniles, the bill is blackish, like licorice. It gradually turns yellow over five years' time. Golden Eagle bills are flat and wide with yellow in the "lips" or corners and on the cere, grayish in the middle, and black near the tip. Golden bills never change with age. Also Balds have a big rounded head. Golden heads are flat."
