  • notes   Specimen found in sympatry with Batrachoseps nigriventris. Collected by Tim Burkhardt and Samantha Winegarner, it is the first living specimen discovered in over 10 years. No reason is known for the vanishing of this species which was once rather common within its very limited geographic range.
