Action: changed name from "Calystegia malacophylla ssp. pedicellata" to "Calystegia collina ssp. collina "

Reviewer's comments:

"Out of range of malacophylla and in range of collina. Has wavy leaf margins. Jepson Project's dichotomous key splits these two entities on the basis of shape of leaf margin."
