    Action: changed name from "Ipomoea tricolor" to "Ipomoea purpurea "

    Reviewer's comments:
         "The entire plant , including leaves , pedicels , sepal shape / positioning , and corolla are completely consistent for Ipomoea purpurea.

    The pedicel and calyx is hairy contrary to Ipomoea tricolor but totally consistent for Ipomoea purpurea.
