Action: changed name from "Quercus wislizenii" to "Quercus chrysolepis "

"Photo is of Quercus chrysolepis, or Canyon Live Oak, and not of the Interior Live Oak, or Q. wislizenii. Leaves are the key to this change of plant ID. The margins and the colour of the undersides of the leaves correspond with Q. chrysolepis, but not with Q. wislizenii.
"
