| Action: changed name from "Arctomecon merriamii" to "Arctomecon californica
" |
| Reviewer's comments: | | | | "A. merriamii has white flowers, A. californica has yellow flowers with umbellately branched inflorescences and about 6 petals. Location most likely Clark County, Nevada, possibly Mohave County, Arizona. The epithet "californica" was assigned when Las Vegas was part of the Mexican territory of California; A. californica has never been found in the modern State of California. " |
