Action: changed name from "Unknown" to "Crotalus oreganus oreganus "

"Photo shows a western rattlesnake. No location is given, but color and markings indicate it is most likely the northern Pacific rattlesnake (Crotalus oreganus oreganus), though it could possibly be the very similar southern Pacific rattlesnake (Crotalus oreganus helleri)."
