Action: changed name from "Bromus laevipes" to "Bromus madritensis ssp. rubens "

    Reviewer's comments:
"B. laevis has "Inflorescence 7–27 cm, open; branches nodding to spreading, upper ± ascending" (Jepson Project online.) Also, I couldn't find any online reference to a rubens subspecies of laevis. And the photo strongly resembles Bromus madritensis ssp. rubens, so I presume Bro. Brousseau just had a little brain glitch when he put it down as Bromus laevipes ssp. rubens."
