notes Though the previous records of the green toad are confined to the oases and pools of karez water (underground streams) in Balochistan, Pakistan and adjoining Iran, but i have collected yellowish-green specimens from alpine (this specimen) and riparian Punjab, Pakistan. However, these specimens are of considerable smaller size than those reported from Balochistan.
