Action: changed name from "Spartina foliosa" to "Spartina densiflora "

"Per Debra Ayres, Evolution and Ecology, UC Davis drayres@ucdavis.edu: the photograph of the Spartina foliosa looks to be Spartina densiflora (the narrow leaves and caespitose habit are giveaways), an exotic species as one time thought to be S. foliosa.
