plant community Chihuahuan Desert sand scrub on semi-stabilized sand dunes at 4281' (1305m)notes erect plants on pale reddish quartz sands of low semi-stabilized dunes in the Médanos de Samalayuca Natural Protected Area west of the active dunes field.
