Calochortus pulchellus (Golden Fairy Latern) |
Calochortus amabilis (Golden Globelily, Golden Fairy Lantern, Short Lily) | Likely not C. pulchellus based on questionable location information. C. pulchellus is a narrow rare endemic of Mt. Diablo, Contra Costa County (Jepson Manual 1993). The only other possible candidate (unlikely) is Calochortus raichei, an extremely rare plant endemic to Big Austin Creek, Sonoma County. |
