Lavatera assurgentiflora ssp. assurgentiflora |
| This plant is not native to Marin County, it has been planted in gardens. JEPS(1993) information is correct. |

Lavatera assurgentiflora ssp. assurgentiflora |
Lavatera assurgentiflora ssp. glabra | This plant clearly resembles the form of the species that is native to Santa Catalina Island, with lined petals, and darker green, glabrous, more deeply lobed leaves than the northen Channel Island form. Hence, if a subspecific name is used, this is the southern island subspecies., i.e. S. assurgentiflora ssp. glabra |
