these photographs look very much like they are Boykinia occidentalis; the leaf divisions of Hemivia are more rounded, fewer; review Hitchcock & Cronquist Vol. 3 and look at the images on the WTU website for comparison

I agree with Dean Taylor, this looks very much like Boykinia occidentalis. I have poked around Echo Lake to look for the Suksdorfia, and have only observed Boykinia occidentalis.

There's no question that all these photos are Boykinia major. The deeply divided leaves are telling. Hemieva is a very much diminutive in comparison with different leaves as described by Dean.
