Penstemon utahensis (Eaton's Penstemon, Eaton Penstemon) | The erect and slightly flared back limbs of the corolla are characteristic of P. utahensis, not P. eatonii. The image, in fact, very much resembles one in the photographer's own Mojave National Preserve collection identified (correctly, I think) as P. utahensis. See photo number 0000 0000 0306 0857 |
